What age groups are suitable for your classes?

Our classes cater to a wide range of ages, from toddlers to teens. There's something for everyone!

*Parent tot class- Ages 3 and under. An adult must attend.  

*Preschool class- Ages 3-5

*Combo class- Ages 5- high school

*Team class- Ages 3 and up. 

Do you offer birthday party packages?

Yes, we have fantastic birthday party options that guarantee a day full of fun and excitement for the little ones.

Cost- $140

* Up to 10 kids. 
* Additional $10 per kid for 11 or more kids. 
*1.5 hours of gym time fun, including a room for cake/opening presents.

Are there any specific requirements to join the competitive teams?

While previous experience is beneficial, we welcome all skill levels to join our competitive preteam starting at age 3.

Beginning skills needed to join our competitive team. Our coaches will guide and support you every step of the way.
